1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of artworks on ItemLux.

2. Product categories

• UNIMAS: one‑of‑a‑kind pieces with uniqueness certificate.
• SERCOP: limited editions (max 20) numbered and certified.
• STANCOP: unlimited run with the same print quality.

3. Prices & payments

Prices in Euro (VAT where applicable). Payments via secure third‑party gateways; ItemLux does not store card data.

4. Orders

An order is concluded when payment is confirmed. Confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Shipping

Via courier to the provided address. Delivery times vary by destination.

6. Right of withdrawal

Within 14 days (Italian Consumer Code), except personalised goods (not applicable as items are sold “as is”).

7. Liability

No liability for courier delays or force majeure.

8. Intellectual property

Artworks are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction/distribution is prohibited.

9. Jurisdiction

Consumer’s court; otherwise, Court of [city].
